Detoxification

Understandably, detoxification is needed where there is poisoning. Your body feels overloaded and can no longer cope with incoming toxins and chemicals. Keep in mind, that the excretory organs of each person have a different capacity. That means: If one has the mouth full of amalgam fillings and copes with it very well, without ever developing any health problems, it doesn't mean, that each and every person feels fine in the same situation. Another person can reach their limits and get ill just with one single amalgam filling or moving into a newly renovated apartment (toxic construction materials!). Each person has an individual and partially genetically determined detoxification ability. Who has less capacity, should support their body externally with the detoxification.

Purification

Our intestine is the most important organ of the immune system. Even with a healthy and nutrient-rich diet, modern civilization 's diet, stress and medication can lead to slagging of the intestinal villi, as nutrients can't be optimally utilized. Approximately 80% of our immune cells are found in the intestine and this is already an important reason to keep the intestine healthy. Our denatured food, medication (specially antibiotics), alcohol, drugs, nicotine, artificial coloring and preservatives as well as pesticides in food could damage permanently the intestinal flora and facilitates the spread of harmful parasites. The constant performance pressure of our society and mental conflicts in addition constantly weaken our digestive system and encourages the above-mentioned processes.

Deacidification

We all eat predominantly acidic. Pasta, bread, sugar, coffee, cake, dairy products, meat... are metabolized acidotically by the body. Even heavy physical work or strong sports activities form acids. In the case of long-lasting, incorrect, predominantly acidic diet, it is inevitable that the body can no longer buffer the accumulating acids. Headaches, fatigue, listlessness are the first signs of hyperacidity.
